As the number of visitors to Obergurgl now wearing helmets rises to around 80%, it seems the trend can be made more acceptable by popping a GoPro on top!!

The walk from Obergurgl down to Pils and then on to the Hochgurgl gondola is very picturesque. You can go by foot or by langlauf, ( cross country skis) . Audi have just presented a night skiing event in Obergurgl on a 8 km long ski run equipped with theatrical style floodlights. Guests went up the Festkogelbahn mountain gondola to watch the event. Ski jumpers performed acrobatics including summersaults on skis with the mountain spectacularly lit up!
